This is an 'added-value' post-remediation service. Mould that has grown through paint often leaves behind some staining due to the pigments in the mould. No matter how much cleaning and treatment is undertaken as part of the mould remediation, some discoloration usually remains.

For built in protection, Soft Protector Anti-Mould can be added to water-based paints (emulsion/plastica) prior to application. Our experienced decorators have been fully trained in using Soft Protector Anti-Mould in this manner, whether for stippled or plain painting. 

For DIY or Trade decorators we can offer our special anti mould additives in 1 ltr bottles which will dilute 20 parts paint  to 1 part anti mould, please enquire at our Spanish office.

NEW THERMAL PAINT

 

The technology was developed for the USA Space shuttle heat resistant tiles program and comprises of millions of tiny ceramic vacuumed balls, which when added to our mould resistant paint creates a thermal barrier on any surface, absolutely ideal for cold damp walls in cellars etc which due to the warming effect, will help avoid condensation, a major cause of mould problems, further more the ceramic particles harden the paint structure thus making it last up to ten times longer than standard paint, great news for outside applications especially in strong sunlight areas.
